Medusa Experts is a service operated by Upraxis Americas Inc ("Medusa Experts", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the medusaexperts.com website and when you engage us to build or migrate a store. They're written to be readable; the specifics of any project are set out in the proposal we agree with you.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information. Figures we quote about other platforms (fees, performance, security, and similar) reference publicly reported, third-party sources and are illustrative — they are not promises about your specific store. Pricing shown is a typical range; your fixed price is confirmed in a written proposal.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the form doesn't create a contract. We'll reply with next steps, and any engagement begins only when we both agree a written proposal that sets out scope, price, and timeline.

Availability and the acceleration option

Accelerated start slots are limited and offered on a first-come basis. The number shown on the site reflects current availability and may change. The acceleration fee moves your project forward in the queue; it does not change the agreed scope or the quality of the work.

Project work and ownership

Our engagements deliver a MedusaJS backend and a custom Next.js storefront. On completion and full payment, you own the project's codebase, as described in your proposal. Third-party services and open-source components remain under their own licences.

Your responsibilities

To deliver on time we'll need timely access to your existing store, content, and any accounts required for migration, plus reasonably prompt feedback at review points.

Liability

We take care in our work, but to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
